What happens when something breaks?
This fundamental question has been plaguing the team at Halligan as we've helped many departments manage apparatus checks and keep their fleets up to date. We have talked through many departments' current processes for fixing broken equipment, and we realized that there are no easy ways for keeping key stakeholders up-to-date nor for maintaining consistent processes to fix or replace broken equipment.
